The posting

  • Als medewerker sociale dienst sta je in voor het begeleiden en ontwikkelen van de maatwerkers met als doel een kwalitatieve en duurzame tewerkstelling binnen een socio-economische context.
  • Je volgt de maatwerker gedurende de volledige loopbaan, van de aanvraag tot tewerkstelling, instroom, doorstroom tot uitstroom.
  • Je ondersteunt de maatwerker bij belemmeringen die rechtstreeks of onrechtstreeks impact hebben op de tewerkstelling en zet maximaal in op empowerment en groei.
  • Je verwijst indien nodig gericht door naar externe gespecialiseerde diensten en ondersteunt de maatwerker bij het ontwikkelen van algemene en werkgerelateerde competenties met het oog op zelfredzaamheid.
  • Je informeert, adviseert en helpt onze maatwerkers bij de afhandeling van een brede waaier van administratieve aangelegenheden (vragen over verloning, nemen van tijdskrediet, …)
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de sitemanagers, assistent sitemanagers, maatwerkcoaches en de dienst HRD op de werkplaatsen.
  • Je rapporteert aan het Diensthoofd Payroll en Sociale Dienst.
  • Je bent gebonden aan onze werkplaatsen: Oudsbergen en Diepenbeek.
  • Je voltooide een bacheloropleiding in een sociale richting of kunt een gelijkwaardige ervaring voorleggen.
  • Je hebt kennis en/of relevante ervaring in het werken met personen met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met sociale wetgeving en het maatwerkdecreet.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en past je communicatiestijl aan in functie van de persoon en/of de situatie.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid je te verplaatsen.
  • Je werkt administratief nauwkeurig en gaat discreet om met vertrouwelijke informatie over onze medewerkers.
  • Je werkt graag in teamverband en bent leergierig.
