Als Medewerker Sociale Verzekeringen help jij grote werkgevers in Nederland om optimaal gebruik te maken van sociale zekerheidsregelingen. Je leert hoe wet- en regelgeving werkt in de praktijk en maakt direct impact voor klanten én de maatschappij. Wat ga je doen? In deze rol werk je binnen het SV Service Center van Robidus en ben je dagelijks bezig met het uitvoeren en optimaliseren van sociale zekerheidsregelingen voor grote werkgevers. Je voert sociale zekerheidsregelingen uit en bewaakt deze, zoals ziektewetregelingen en loonkostenvoordelen. Daarnaast maak je analyses om te controleren of klanten alle voordelen benutten waar zij recht op hebben en signaleer je kansen om processen slimmer, efficiënter of beter in te richten. Ook volg je ontwikkelingen in wet- en regelgeving en vertaal je deze naar duidelijke en toepasbare oplossingen. Je beantwoordt vragen van klanten en adviseert hen over regelingen en mogelijkheden. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en krijgt de ruimte om te leren, vragen te stellen en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Dankzij een goede onboarding en begeleiding groei je stap voor stap uit tot specialist binnen jouw vakgebied.
