Belangrijke vereisten • Flexibel beschikbaar • Beschikbaar om in het weekend te werken • Diensten duren normaal gesproken 8 uur per dag, van 07:00 - 15:00 of van 15:00 - 23:00. Soms is er een dienst ergens daartussenin. Het is daarom belangrijk dat je om 07:00 kunt beginnen en dat je na 23:00 nog thuis kunt komen Hoe ziet je dag als Medewerker Spoelkeuken eruit?Als Medewerker Spoelkeuken ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ‘back-of-house' voor de F&D-service en de keuken. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles schoon terug op zijn plaats is, zodat de F&D en de keuken hun werk perfect kunnen doen. Voorbeelden van je taken zijn: • Verantwoordelijk voor het schoonmaken en netjes houden van alle spoelkeukens in de verschillende outlets • Houdt het Team Restaurant schoon en netjes • Reinigt regelmatig koper, zilver en roestvrij staal • Zorgt voor alle outlets en gangen en zorgt ervoor dat ze altijd opgeruimd en netjes zijn • Moet volledige kennis hebben van alle schoonmaaknormen • Houdt voorraadkamers schoon en netjes • Is volledig op de hoogte van alle hygiëne-, gezondheids- en veiligheidsprocedures
