The posting

Wij zijn op zoek naar een medewerker spoelkeuken voor het bedrijfsrestaurant van Koninklijke Gazelle. De werktijden zullen dagelijks zijn tussen 11:30 tot 15:00 uur. Je werkt 3 uur per dag, in totaal 15 uur per week. Die kan in druktes of bijvoorbeeld bij vakanties of ziekte, in overleg meer kunnen zijn. Je start hierbij in de afwas maar zou ook meerdere werkzaamheden kunnen leren in de toekomst.

In deze veelzijdige functie werk je samen met ongeveer 4 catering medewerkers. Samen met je collega’s ben je verantwoordelijk voor de catering van ons bedrijfsrestaurant. Dagelijks nuttigen hier vrijwel alle medewerkers van Gazelle de lunch. Na de lunch zorg je ervoor dat alles weer keurig wordt achtergelaten voor de volgende dag. Jij bent het gezicht van het bedrijfsrestaurant! De keuken is voor jou bekend terrein.

Naast het voorbereiden van de lunch, ondersteun je samen met je collega’s en je leidinggevende de Facility Manager bij diverse evenementen, georganiseerd bij Gazelle. Voorbeelden hiervan zijn recepties, excursies of de jaarlijkse kerstborrel. Hierbij is het belangrijk dat je affiniteit met mensen hebt en je flexibel inzetbaar bent.

Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden;

Zelfstandig, flexibel en resultaatgericht;

Bij voorkeur kennis van HACCP;

Het is belangrijk dat je fysiek een goede conditie hebt en het niet erg vind om de hele dienst te staan/ lopen.
