Heb je al ervaring met het ontvangen, registreren of beheren van stalen? Werk je graag nauwkeurig en gestructureerd? Heb je ervaring met het labelen, identificeren en administratief verwerken van stalen of producten?

Het bedrijf is een Belgische producent en verwerker van diepgevroren groenten, met een sterke focus op kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid. Vanuit een moderne productieomgeving worden verschillende groenten verwerkt en diepgevroren, waarna de producten zowel nationaal als internationaal hun weg vinden naar klanten binnen de voedingssector.

Binnen de organisatie is er veel aandacht voor kwaliteitscontrole doorheen het volledige productieproces. Grondstoffen, tussenproducten en afgewerkte producten worden op verschillende parameters gecontroleerd om een constante kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid te garanderen. Hierbij wordt nauw samengewerkt tussen de productie, het labo en de kwaliteitsdienst.

De werkomgeving combineert een industriële productieomgeving met een professioneel labo, waar nauwkeurig en volgens vastgelegde procedures wordt gewerkt. Medewerkers krijgen er de kans om mee te werken aan verschillende analyses en kwaliteitscontroles en zo een directe bijdrage te leveren aan de kwaliteit van de eindproducten.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Stalenbeheer Stalen nemen van onze producten op vraag van de klant De stalen correct voorbereiden en verpakken voor verzending naar de klant Zorgen voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van de staalaanvragen
  • Pestcontrole en ongediertebestrijding Het dossier rond ongediertebestrijding opvolgen Contact onderhouden met de externe firma die instaat voor de ongediertebestrijding Controleren of de lokaasdozen op het terrein correct aanwezig en geplaatst zijn Controleren en registreren van het aantal en de toestand van de lokaasdozen Administratieve opvolging en rapportering van de pestcontrole
  • Quality Control Ondersteunen van de collega's binnen Quality Control Meehelpen bij diverse kwaliteitscontroles en dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen de kwaliteitsdienst
  • Goede computerkennis en vlot kunnen werken met administratieve systemen
  • Praktisch ingesteld zijn en bereid zijn om stalen te nemen, voorbereiden en verzenden
  • Vlot kunnen communiceren met collega's en externe partners
  • Interesse hebben in kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid en kwaliteitscontrole
  • Ervaring in een labo-, voedings-, productie- of kwaliteitsomgeving is een pluspunt
  • Bereid zijn om terreincontroles uit te voeren in het kader van pestcontrole
