En zo is het! Jij bent de spil van de afdeling 'Spik en Span'. Je zorgt ervoor dat jouw collega's blindelings een bord kunnen pakken om prachtig op te maken of een glas kunnen grijpen voor een kristalhelder glas water. Zo maak jij het werken voor onze medewerkers moeiteloos. ''ALS MEDEWERKER SPOELKEUKEN VERVUL JE EEN GLANSROL IN ONZE KEUKEN!" WAT GA JE DAN PRECIES DOEN? Als steward in de (spoel)keuken speel je een essentiële rol bij het ondersteunen van de keukenbrigade en het zorgen voor een efficiënte werkomgeving. Jouw taken omvatten o.a. het schoonmaken van serviesgoed, keukengerei en het bijhouden en zorgdragen voor de uitvoering van alle voorschriften m.b.t. veiligheid en de algemene hygiëne in de keuken. Verder hou je je ook bezig met: - Bedienen van de spoel- en afwasmachines; - Sorteren en opruimen van serviesgoed en bestek; - Aanvullen van voorraad glas, servies en bestek in het restaurant.
