Wie we zoeken Als Medewerker Store Support bij de EyeCare Groep ben jij de spil tussen onze winkels en het servicekantoor. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt door operationele en commerciële ondersteuning te bieden. Of het nu gaat om administratie, campagnes, het werken met systemen of het oplossen van dagelijkse vragen, jij zorgt ervoor dat onze winkels efficiënt kunnen draaien en altijd goed voorbereid zijn. Wat je verder gaat doen: - Dagelijkse ondersteuning bieden aan winkels op gebied van o.a. kassasystemen, informatieve platforms, abonnementen, leveringen, marketingcommunicatie etc.; - Eerste aanspreekpunt voor operationele zaken in winkels; - Uitzetten van vragen naar interne supportafdelingen; - Bijhouden van supportbehoeften en procesoptimalisatie; - Toezien op naleving van bedrijfsrichtlijnen en procedures in winkels. Wat we vragen Wij zoeken iemand voor ca 24 uur per week met uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en een talent voor multitasking. Je hebt ervaring met kassasystemen, operationele winkelzaken en retailtechnologie en je kunt goed overweg met computers en interne systemen. Je bent servicegericht, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, maar ook flexibel en in staat om onder druk te presteren. Een proactieve, zelfstandige werkhouding en een positieve, assertieve instelling helpen je om uitdagingen met een probleemoplossende aanpak aan te pakken en weerstand met gemak te overwinnen. - MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in retail, bedrijfskunde, of een gerelateerd vakgebied; - E...
