Als Medewerker Support Operations draag je bij aan een soepel verloop van printadvertenties, familieberichten en administratieve processen. Dankzij jouw werk verschijnen advertenties en familieberichten dagelijks foutloos in onze nieuwsmerken. Dit ga je doen Als Medewerker Support Operations ondersteun je de afdeling Operations bij de verwerking van printadvertenties en familieberichten. Je zorgt ervoor dat opdrachten volledig, correct en op tijd worden verwerkt. Daarbij houd je overzicht, bewaak je deadlines en zorg je ervoor dat alle benodigde informatie beschikbaar is. Je controleert aangeleverde orders en materialen, verwerkt deze in de systemen en neemt contact op wanneer gegevens ontbreken. Je hebt dagelijks contact met collega's van Operations, Sales en externe relaties om ervoor te zorgen dat alles tijdig en correct verwerkt wordt. Dankzij jouw gestructureerde werkwijze blijven processen soepel verlopen en kunnen publicaties volgens planning worden gerealiseerd. Daarnaast ondersteun je verschillende administratieve processen.
