Vacature Medewerker Beheer ICT / Werkplek en serverbeheer

Bedding House is een familiebedrijf dat al ruim 40 jaar actief is in de slaapbranche. Vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Lisse ontwerpen, distribueren en verkopen wij bed- en badtextiel. Denk hierbij aan de bekende merken als Moooi, Ambiante, Kardol, Ariadne@Home en Rivièra Maison. Bedding House heeft enkele jaren geleden een beleid ontworpen om een positieve bijdrage te kunnen leveren aan een betere en duurzame toekomst en is hier dagelijks actief mee bezig. Bedding House levert haar producten aan (woon)warenhuizen, online retailers en slaapkamerspeciaalzaken. Maar ook rechtstreeks aan de consument via Marketplaces en webshops. Om deze nieuwe klantengroep steeds beter te bedienen zijn wij op zoek naar Coördinator Online Marketplaces en Webshop. Iemand het leuk vind om onze verkoopkanalen voor consumenten elke dag beter te maken!

Om onze groei en digitalisering te ondersteunen, zoeken wij een enthousiaste Medewerker Beheer ICT. Ben jij degene waar familie en vrienden naartoe gaan als er iets niet werkt op computer of netwerk? En vind je het leuk om problemen op te lossen en collega’s te helpen? Dan hebben wij een interessante functie voor jou – dit keer niet als vriendendienst, maar mét een goed salaris.

Jouw rol

Als Medewerker Beheer ICT zorg je dat onze werkplekken, systemen en netwerken optimaal functioneren. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij technische vragen en storingen en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s van de IT-afdeling en schakelt met externe leveranciers.

Wat ga je doen?

- Je installeert, configureert hardware, software en randapparatuur voor nieuwe collega’s. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles besteld wordt, ingericht wordt en op hun eerste werkdag piekfijn in orde is!

- Je ondersteunt onze collega’s bij vragen over hun werkplek. Dit zijn vragen over hardware, software en randapparatuur. Problemen los je snel op. Alleen, of met hulp van jouw IT col
