Op de locatie in Oosterhout hebben zij minimaal 50.000 ton platen op voorraad. In alle denkbare kwaliteiten, afmetingen en diktes. Daarnaast snijden zij platen op maat voor klantspecifieke toepassingen. Deze kunnen gestraald én voorzien van lasnaadvoorbereiding en certificaten geleverd worden. Voor dit mooie en succesvolle bedrijf zijn wij op zoek naar een Medewerker Technical Sales Support. Ben jij commercieel ingesteld, kun je nauwkeurig werken en heb je affiniteit met techniek? Ben je sterk in communiceren, servicegericht en werk je graag in teamverband? Dan gaan we graag met jou in gesprek! Functie-informatie: Bij deze organisatie snijden ze op basis van klantorders specifieke producten uit stalen platen. Als Medewerker Technical Sales Support werk je samen met een Sales Executive en zijn jullie samen verantwoordelijk voor een groep klanten. Om klantaanvragen uit te werken tot offertes, voer je diverse voorbereidende werkzaamheden uit. Zo vertaal je bijvoorbeeld, op basis van de informatie van de Sales Executive, de klantaanvraag naar SigmaNest en stel je vervolgens offertes op. Je informeert klanten en onderhoudt contact met de interne afdelingen, bewaakt levertijden en regelt uitbestedingen van aanvullende bewerkingen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontzorgen van klanten. Je komt te werken op het kantoor in Oosterhout, in een verkoopteam van circa 10 collega's, die je graag helpen om je in de wereld van staal te verdiepen! Functie-eisen: • Minimaal MBO+ werk- en denkniveau; • Je hebt technische affiniteit en bent geïnteresseerd om meer te leren over staal(producten) en over het werken met SigmaNest; • Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Engels, Duits is een pré; • Je bent servicegericht en hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden; • Je hebt ervaring met ee...
