Ben jij thuis in de wereld van verf, decoratie en afwerking? Weet jij klanten te adviseren over kleuren, materialen en de juiste producten voor hun project? Dan ben jij misschien de nieuwe collega die we zoeken.

Voor deze functie zoeken we geen starter zonder ervaring, maar iemand die de sector kent. Iemand die weet welke vragen klanten stellen, die graag meedenkt en die energie haalt uit het combineren van technisch advies met persoonlijk contact.

Wat ga je doen? Als toonbankverkoper ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor klanten die bij jou langskomen met hun projecten. Je helpt hen met professioneel advies en zorgt ervoor dat ze met de juiste oplossing naar huis gaan.

Jouw dag is een mix van klantencontact, administratie en praktische taken:

  • Je ontvangt professionele klanten en particulieren met een glimlach.
  • Je geeft advies over verf, kleuren, behang, vloer- en muurbekleding, raamdecoratie en andere afwerkingsproducten.
  • Je helpt klanten bij het maken van de juiste materiaalkeuzes.
  • Je maakt offertes op en verwerkt bestellingen nauwkeurig.
  • Je bedient de mengmachines en zorgt voor de perfecte kleur.
  • Je volgt bestellingen op en helpt klanten verder via telefoon en e-mail.
  • Je ontvangt leveringen en zorgt mee voor een verzorgde winkelomgeving.

Je krijgt de ruimte om jouw ervaring te gebruiken en klanten écht verder te helpen.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een familiale onderneming met een sterke reputatie binnen verf en decoratie. Hier draait het niet alleen om producten verkopen, maar vooral om klanten helpen met kennis, advies en een persoonlijke aanpak.

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een gelijkaardige functie, bijvoorbeeld in verf, decoratie, bouwmaterialen of een aanverwante sector.
  • Je beschikt over technische productkennis en weet klanten correct te adviseren.
  • Je bent klantgericht en communiceert vlot.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd.
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en denkt mee met klanten.
  • Je combineert graag commercieel inzicht met praktische kennis.
