Als Medewerker Technisch Magazijn zorg jij ervoor dat onze technische organisatie altijd beschikt over de juiste onderdelen en materialen op het juiste moment. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een efficiënt voorraadbeheer en een correcte verwerking van inkomende en uitgaande goederen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verwerken van goederenontvangsten en goederenuitgiftes - Reserveren en uitgeven van onderdelen aan monteurs en werkvoorbereiders - Opstellen en uitdraaien van bestellijsten - Beheren en optimaliseren van de technische voorraad - Actualiseren, opschonen en verbeteren van het artikelenbestand in SAP - Meedenken over verbeteringen in processen, werkwijzen en magazijninrichting - Ondersteunen bij het verder professionaliseren van het technisch magazijn - Zorgen voor een overzichtelijke en goed georganiseerde grijpvoorraad. Binnen deze functie heb je contact met een grote groep interne stakeholders, waaronder monteurs, werkvoorbereiders en technische specialisten. Hierdoor speel je een belangrijke rol in het ondersteunen van de bedrijfsvoering. Wat neem je mee? Je bent een proactieve en praktische professional die overzicht weet te houden, prioriteiten kan stellen en gemakkelijk schakelt tussen verschillende werkzaamheden en contacten. Verder beschik je over: - Mbo 4 werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur aangevuld met ervaring in een technische omgeving - Ervaring met magazijn-, voorraad- en/of logistieke processen - Goede digitale vaardigheden; ervaring met SAP is een pré - Je werkt zelfstandig, houdt overzicht en weet de juiste prioriteiten te stellen - Een proactieve, analytische en collegiale instelling met oog voor verbetering.
