Zoek je een afwisselende functie waarin je veel zelfstandig werkt en direct bijdraagt aan een goed draaiende productieomgeving? Dan is deze functie als Medewerker Technische Dienst bij onze opdrachtgever in Waalwijk een mooie kans voor jou.

Als Medewerker Technische Dienst zorg je ervoor dat de machines, technische installaties en faciliteiten binnen de organisatie goed blijven functioneren. Hiermee speel je een belangrijke rol in het productieproces en zorg je ervoor dat de verschillende afdelingen probleemloos kunnen blijven werken.

Je houdt je bezig met het oplossen van kleine elektrische en mechanische storingen, voert preventief onderhoud uit en pakt verschillende technische verbeteringen binnen de organisatie op. Samen met het managementteam stel je een to-do lijst op, waarna je de werkzaamheden zelfstandig en stapsgewijs uitvoert.

De werkzaamheden zijn erg uiteenlopend. Het ene moment voer je onderhoud uit aan een machine, terwijl je op een ander moment bezig bent met een reparatie aan het gebouw of het verbeteren van de infrastructuur. Hierdoor is iedere werkdag anders en krijg je veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid binnen je functie.

Je werkt drie tot vijf dagen per week van 07:00 tot 16:00 uur. Per werkdag heb je drie pauzes van in totaal één uur.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Het opsporen en verhelpen van kleine elektrische en mechanische storingen aan het machinepark; - Het uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan machines; - Het controleren en vervangen van machineonderdelen; - Het maken, verbeteren en onderhouden van infrastructuur en bijbehorende voorzieningen; - Het uitvoeren van onderhoud aan het gebouw en buitenterrein; - Het uitvoeren van kleine technische reparaties op locatie; - Het signaleren van technische verbeterpunten binnen de organisatie; - Het zelfstandig uitvoeren en afronden van technische werk
