Jij houdt de machines bij onze opdrachtgever draaiend. En als dat even niet lukt, weet jij waarom.

Een machine die ineens stilvalt. Een storing die zich nét niet laat verklaren. Een installatie die onderhoud nodig heeft voordat ze besluit er zelf mee op te houden. Daar kom jij in beeld.

Een machine die stilstaat kost tijd en geld. Jij zorgt dat dat zo min mogelijk gebeurt. Je voert preventief onderhoud uit aan machines, installaties en gebouwen, lokaliseert storingen en lost die zo snel mogelijk op. Je denkt niet alleen in herstel, maar ook in voorkomen: waarom ging het mis en hoe zorg je dat het de volgende keer niet weer misgaat?

Je beheert de technische documentatie, logboeken en onderhoudsprogramma's, houdt reserveonderdelen bij en bestelt wat nodig is. Als er een nieuwe machine wordt geïnstalleerd of een bestaande installatie wordt vervangen, ben jij erbij. Je werkt ook samen met externe partijen en houdt toezicht op hun werkzaamheden. Je rapporteert aan het hoofd Technische Dienst.

- Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud aan machines, installaties en gebouwen; - Lokaliseren en oplossen van storingen; - Plannen en registreren van uitgevoerd onderhoud; - Beheren van tooling, documentatie, logboeken en onderhoudsprogramma's; - Bewaken en bestellen van slijtage- en reserveonderdelen; - Meewerken aan procesverbeteringen en installatie van nieuwe machines; - Samenwerken met en toezicht houden op externe partijen; - Up-to-date houden van het technisch en bouwkundig archief.

- Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde technische mbo-opleiding op niveau 3, bijvoorbeeld in elektrotechniek, werktuigbouw, metaal of een vergelijkbare richting; - Je hebt enkele jaren werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie en bij voorkeur affiniteit met staal, bouw en industrie; - Je kunt goed samen werken met je collega's en bent iemand die geen moeite heeft met communice
