Locatie Heemskerk VanDerEng B.V. Wat ga je doen? Als medewerker technische dienst zorg je dat de machines optimaal blijven functioneren. Jouw takenpakket? Het uitvoeren van divers onderhoud, van de productie en het assisteren bij het bouwen van nieuwe machines en andere ontwikkelingen. Dit betreft zowel mechanische als elektrische werkzaamheden. Kleine onderhoudstaken pak je zelf op, Grotere aanpassingen en modificaties draag je aan en worden aangepakt in overleg met het team. Het streven naar een optimale productiesnelheid is hierbij van essentieel belang. Als medewerker technische dienst vervul je een cruciale rol in ons productieproces. Jouw taken omvatten onder andere: - Ondersteunen van de productie: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen van de productie zodat problemen tijdig kunnen worden opgelost. - Aanpassen van bestaande machines: Samen met het team worden verbeteringen ontwikkeld welke bijdragen aan een betere kwaliteit en kwantiteit van de productie. - Nieuwe applicaties en machines: Je ondersteunt in de ontwikkeling, fabricage en assemblage van nieuwe machines en applicaties - Signaleren en uitvoeren van onderhoud: Het is jouw verantwoordelijkheid om eventuele onderhoudsbehoeften van machines, stempels en randapparatuur te signaleren en door te geven. Hierdoor kunnen potentiële problemen vroegtijdig worden aangepakt, wat de betrouwbaarheid van onze productielijn bevordert. Wie ben jij? - Denk- en werkniveau: Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een minimaal een MBO niveau 2 diploma in techniek, waardoor je een solide technische basis hebt om jouw taken uit te voeren. - Kennis: Kennis van CAD tekenen en programmeren is een pre. - Communicatieve vaardigheden: Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal stellen je in staat om effectief te communiceren met collega's en leidinggevenden. - Initiatief: Je neemt graag initiatief en bent proactief in het identificeren van verbeter...
