Dan drinken wij graag een keer een kop koffie met je, want we zijn op zoek naar een Medewerker Technische Dienst 32 - 40 uur per week Wie zoeken wij? Een enthousiaste en handige collega die met plezier en precisie bijdraagt aan het onderhoud van het kasteel en bijgebouwen. Samen met je collega huismeesters vorm je de technische spil van Kasteel de Haar. Waar mogelijk lossen jullie technische kwesties zelfstandig op: van hekken en poorten tot het alarmsysteem en de luchtbehandelingsinstallatie. Op de achtergrond beschikken jullie over onze vaste onderhoudsaannemers, op wie je een beroep kunt doen als een klus buiten jullie expertise valt. Wat ga je doen? • Voorkomen van storingen, schade en onveilige situaties; • Bedienen van installaties en apparatuur; • Uitvoeren van kleine reparaties aan o.a. installaties, hang- en sluitwerk, deuren en luiken; • Verhelpen van storingen aan verlichting of technische installaties; • Instrueren en begeleiden van onderhoudsaannemers; • Beheren van sleutels; • Ondersteunen bij interne verhuizingen, tentoonstellingsopbouw en evenementen; • Onderhouden van het terrein, bruggen, hekken, slagbomen en overige terreininventaris, samen met collega's en/of externen. Wat vragen wij van je? • Je hebt een afgeronde MBO-opleiding in een technische richting; • Je kunt overweg met een computer en de Office programma's (zoals Outlook e.d.); • Je hebt relevante werkervaring; • Je hebt een rijbewijs; • Je bent servicegericht, representatief en communicatief vaardig; • Je hebt affiniteit met een historische (en dus kwetsbare) omgeving; • Je werkt zelfstandig én voelt je thuis in een team met hart voor erfgoed; • Je woont bij voorkeur in de omgeving van H...
