Als medewerker technische dienst zorg jij ervoor dat het machinepark blijft doen waar het voor gemaakt is: draaien. Als er dan toch een storing opduikt, dan kom jij in actie! Je zoekt uit waar het probleem zit en voert eerstelijns reparaties uit om de boel zo snel mogelijk weer aan de praat te krijgen. Natuurlijk wacht je niet tot er iets misgaat. Je stelt onderhoudsplannen en schema's op en voert deze uit. Daarnaast analyseer je het onderhoud en kijk je waar het slimmer of beter kan. Zie jij een technische verbetering die tijd, gedoe of storingen kan besparen? Dan krijg je de ruimte om jouw idee aan te dragen én uit te voeren. Je komt terecht bij een groeiend productiebedrijf met ruim 250 medewerkers. Binnen de technische dienst werk je samen met technische specialisten, operations en andere collega's. Je rapporteert aan de technische dienst manager, maar krijgt volop ruimte om zelfstandig aan de slag te gaan en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen als medewerker technische dienst. Geen dag alleen maar preventief onderhoud dus. Het ene moment los je een storing op, het volgende moment werk je aan een verbetering waarmee je diezelfde storing voortaan voorkomt.
