Als Medewerker Technische Dienst ben jij achter de schermen de onmisbare kracht die ervoor zorgt dat al onze accommodaties, installaties en het terrein technisch en facilitair in absolute topconditie verkeren.Wat ga je doen?Als Medewerker Technische Dienst draag je zorg voor het dagelijkse beheer, de techniek en het onderhoud op locatie Börkerheide. Je bent een handige, zelfstandige aanpakker die begrijpt dat technische perfectie de basis is voor een zorgeloos verblijf van onze gasten. • Dagelijks onderhoud & storingen: Je voert preventief en correctief onderhoud uit aan de cabins, centrale ruimtes en parkvoorzieningen. Kleine technische storingen los je snel en vakkundig op. • Legionellabeheer & Veiligheid: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het periodieke legionellabeheer (spoelen, temperatuurmetingen en logboeken) en bewaakt de algemene veiligheid op het terrein. • Biobrandstof & Energie: Je coördineert en beheert de voorraad en aanvoer van biobrandstoffen (zoals pellets en hout) voor de installaties en sfeerelementen op het park. • Sleutelbeheer & Toegangscontrole: Je beheert de fysieke en digitale (master)sleutels en toegangssystemen van de accommodaties en facilitaire ruimtes. • Inkoop & Voorraadbeheer: Je bestelt tijdig de benodigde technische spullen, gereedschappen, onderdelen en facilitaire voorraden. • Aansturing & Samenwerking: Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor en werkt nauw samen met externe partijen, zoals hoveniers (terreinonderhoud), installateurs, aannemers en spe
