Werk in een geavanceerde productiehal, krijg zekerheid, afwisseling en een goed salaris in een informele werkomgeving. Functieomschrijving Als medewerker technische dienst in Genemuiden/Hasselt werk je in een moderne productiehal waar je samen met 2 tot 8 collega's zorgt voor het onderhoud en de storingen aan diverse machines. Je start je dag met koffie en bespreekt samen met de voorman wat er moet gebeuren. Als medewerker technische dienst werk je in een 3- of 4-ploegendienst: bij drie ploegen ben je in het weekend vrij, bij vier ploegen werk je soms op zaterdag. Op feestdagen kan er gewerkt worden, wat zorgt voor extra afwisseling en toeslagen. Je werkt meestal met verschillende collega's, want het team kan per dienst variëren. In deze rol als medewerker technische dienst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van onderhoud, het oplossen van storingen en het controleren van het productieproces. Je hebt geen vaste pauzes, maar de korte pauzes die je neemt worden gewoon doorbetaald. Afhankelijk van je afdeling werk je na een inwerkperiode van 2 maanden tot een jaar volledig zelfstandig. Door het regelmatig schuiven in de planning is het werk afwisselend en leer je verschillende taken uitvoeren. De sfeer is informeel en voelt nog steeds als een familiebedrijf, met regelmatig etentjes en aandacht voor het personeel.
