Voor Courtyard by Marriott Amsterdam Airport zijn wij op zoek naar een Medewerker Technische Dienst die ervoor zorgt dat onze technische installaties, faciliteiten en het hotelgebouw in optimale staat blijven.

Courtyard by Marriott Amsterdam Airport Het Courtyard by Marriott Amsterdam Airport richt zich zowel op zakelijke als leisure gasten. Het hotel beschikt over 260 ruime kamers, uitgebreide vergader- en evenementenfaciliteiten en diverse comfortabele voorzieningen die zorgen voor een aangenaam verblijf. Wat ga je doen?

• Technische reparaties, verhelpen van storingen en onderhoud van het pand en installaties.

• Beheren van de werkvoorraad (installatiemateriaal, gebruiksartikelen, reservedelen e.d.).

• Opvragen offertes en bestellen van apparatuur/onderdelen.

• Beheren en controleren van zaken, zoals: Legionella beheersplan, ontruiming installatie, brandmeldinstallatie, noodstroom aggregaat, noodverlichting etc.

• Verzamelen van de meldingen, vaststellen van de aard en complexiteit van de storing/melding of het uit te voeren onderhoud, bepalen van de (volgorde van) uit te vo
