The posting

Als Medewerker Technische Dienst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het preventief en curatief onderhoud van onze machines en installaties. Je focust voornamelijk op het mechanische aspect, waarbij je storingen analyseert en verhelpt, maar ook structurele verbeteringen aanbrengt. Door jouw inzet zorg je ervoor dat onze productieprocessen soepel blijven draaien en dat stilstanden tot een minimum beperkt blijven.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan machines en installaties om storingen te voorkomen.
  • Curatief onderhoud: snel en efficiënt oplossen van mechanische storingen.
  • Het opsporen van defecten en het analyseren van technische problemen.
  • Voorstellen en uitvoeren van verbeteringen om de betrouwbaarheid en levensduur van de machines te verhogen.
  • Documenteren van uitgevoerde werken en onderhouden van technische dossiers.
  • Nauw samenwerken met het productie- en engineeringteam om technische uitdagingen aan te pakken.
  • Technisch diploma (mechanica, elektromechanica of een gelijkwaardige opleiding).
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie, bij voorkeur in een productieomgeving of machinebouw.
  • Uitgebreide kennis van mechanische systemen, zoals tandwielkasten, lagers, assen en hydraulische systemen.
  • Elektrische kennis is een pluspunt
  • Kunnen werken o.b.v. technische tekeningen
  • Probleemoplossend vermogen en een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Proactief ingesteld met oog voor veiligheid en efficiëntie.
  • Teamspeler met goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
