We zijn niet mega, maar we zijn wel serieus: we draaien dagelijks op volle kracht en zorgen dat alles blijft lopen. Bij ons staat continuïteit centraal. Dat betekent dat technische dienst een belangrijke rol speelt: zonder jou staat alles stil. We werken met korte lijnen en duidelijke afspraken, zodat je snel weet wat er moet gebeuren en hoe je dat het beste aanpakt. We zijn praktisch ingesteld: oplossingen moeten werken, niet alleen mooi klinken. Veiligheid en kwaliteit zijn bij ons geen loze woorden. We werken georganiseerd en gestructureerd, maar we houden ook van een goede sfeer. Als er iets misgaat, pakken we het samen aan. En ja, er wordt hier af en toe gelachen, vooral als iemand zegt dat iets "even snel" gedaan is, en het toch iets langer duurt dan gepland. De Baan Wij zijn op zoek naar een Medewerker Technische Dienst die verantwoordelijk is voor het onderhoud en de service van onze productie-installaties. Je voert preventief onderhoud uit, verhelpt storingen en draagt bij aan verbeteringen binnen het machinepark. Wanneer een storing optreedt, lokaliseer je het probleem, analyseer je de oorzaak en zorg je voor een snelle en doeltreffende oplossing. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's uit productie en andere technische disciplines, waarbij veiligheid en kwaliteit altijd voorop staan. Zoals elke technische dienst weet: "Als je denkt dat je alles hebt gecontroleerd, dan zit het pas écht in de laatste schroef."
