Werken in een pand uit het jaar 1901 als Medewerker Technische Dienst? Even snel geteld… 125 jaar oud dus. Hier is altijd wel iets aan te versleutelen. Ter uitbreiding van ons team zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren collega voor de functie Medewerker Technische Dienst.Op dit moment bestaat de Technische Dienst van Hotel New York uit 3 TD'ers en 1 Schilder. Sommigen werken al langere tijd bij Hotel New York en daarom beschikken wij echt wel over de nodige ervaring maar zoeken nog naar jou ter aanvulling.Iedereen in het team heeft zijn eigen specialiteit, wat is jouw specialiteit?Als Medewerker Technische Dienst zal je de volgende werkzaamheden in jouw gereedschapskist vinden: • Je zorgt er samen met het team voor dat alle voorzieningen bij Hotel New York in operationele staat worden behouden. • Moet er iets gerepareerd worden? Dan bellen wij jou. Denk hierbij ook aan noodreparaties. • Hotel New York is 24/7 open. Er kan dus ook midden in de nacht iets gebeuren. Geen probleem, de afdeling draait indien nodig storingsdiensten. • Het kitten van badkamers, het verhelpen van een lekkage, het aanleggen van een stopcontact, het in elkaar zetten van kasten, het leggen van een vloer, jij kan het allemaal!Je moet bij ons in ieder geval echt niet te beroerd zijn om je handen uit de mouwen te steken. Daar houden wij wel van hier in Rotterdam.Wat biedt Hotel New York jou? • Betrouwbaarheid: het salaris wordt altijd op tijd gestort! • Salaris: het startsalaris is € 3.000 bruto per maand o.b.v. 38 uur exclusief fooi, vakantiegeld & -uren. • 40/30 member: • Overnachten met 2 personen voor € 40,- inclusief ontbijt in alle WestCord Hotels; • 30 % korting op de rekening als je een hapje komt eten (combinatie eten en drinken); • 30 % korting op de artikelen in de Kiosk van Hotel New York / de WestCord producten en op de Wellness in de WestCord Hotels. • Trainingen en workshops zodat jij jezelf kan blijven ontwikkelen, zowel profes
