Als Medewerker Technische Dienst zorg je samen met je collega's voor een veilige, comfortabele en goed functionerende omgeving voor onze gasten en medewerkers.Wat ga je doen? • Dagelijks beheer en onderhoud van het hotel en de technische installaties. • Meewerken aan het opstellen en opvolgen van het onderhoudsplan. • Uitvoeren van routine-, preventief en noodonderhoud. • Snel en vakkundig oplossen van storingen en reparaties. • Meewerken aan technische projecten, zoals renovaties, upgrades en nieuwbouw. • Toezien op kwaliteit, veiligheid en duurzaamheid bij werkzaamheden. • Bijhouden van administratie rondom reparaties, garanties, installaties en apparatuur. • Beheren en op orde houden van de voorraad materialen, apparatuur en gereedschappen.Gastvrijheid staat centraal Techniek en gastvrijheid gaan bij Van Oys hand in hand. Je pakt technische vragen en problemen positief en kordaat op en draagt bij aan de kwaliteit en continuïteit van onze dienstverlening.Werken in een 24/7 hotel Van Oys is een 5 Superior hotel en Leading Hotel of the World. Het hotel is 24/7 in beweging.
