The posting

Als medewerker van de technische dienst sta je in voor het (preventieve) onderhoud en de herstellingen in ons woonzorgcentrum. Dit kan gaan van elektriciteit over sanitair tot mechanische problemen. Goede kennis van alles wat met elektriciteit te maken heeft is een must.

Je kan je werk zelfstandig plannen en je weet hierbij prioriteiten te bepalen.

Je bent sociaal voelend, draagt de bewoners en hun families een warm hart toe én weet op een tactvolle manier met hen en de collega's te communiceren.

Je bent plichtsbewust en voert je taken stipt uit.

Je bent oproepbaar bij hoogdringendheid, ook in het weekend.

Je communiceert met externe partners in functie van je werkaanvragen en herstellingen.

- je ervaring overstijgt de huishoudelijke ervaring (je kan bv. een elektrisch plan lezen)

- je hebt een hoger (technisch) secundaire opleiding genoten

- je hebt minstens 5 jaar professionele ervaring in het werken met elektriciteit, loodgieterij, verwarming, ...

- je hecht belang aan veiligheid en welzijn bij de uitvoering van je taken

- je werkt cliëntgericht

- je hebt een rijbewijs B

- je bent oproepbaar bij hoogdringendheid - ook in het weekend

- je bent bereid om in het weekend bij hoogdringendheid een interventie uit te voeren
