Verleg grenzen als medewerker telefonisch onthaal

In UZ Leuven bundelen dagelijks meer dan 10.000 gedreven medewerkers hun expertise om kwalitatieve patiëntenzorg aan te bieden. De dienst telefonisch onthaal zorgt voor een klantvriendelijke telefonische ontvangst van patiënten, bezoekers, professionelen en anderen. We streven ernaar mensen op een professionele en menselijke manier snel en correct te informeren of door te verbinden om de complexiteit en de grootte van UZ Leuven te compenseren.

Het betreft een contract van bepaalde duur (1 jaar met kans op verlenging), met een tewerkstellingspercentage van 80%.

Hoe verleg je grenzen?

  • Je fungeert als telefonisch aanspreekpunt van collega's, patiënten, bezoekers en derden.
  • Je verzorgt vlot intern en extern telefoonverkeer.
  • Je beantwoordt oproepen en schakelt door naar de geschikte persoon binnen het ziekenhuis.
  • Je verzorgt de oproepen van de verschillende wachtdiensten.
  • Het team van telefonisch onthaal bestaat uit ongeveer 15 medewerkers, die wisselend samenwerken.

Wat heb je daarvoor nodig?

  • Je bent minstens in het bezit van een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs; een bachelordiploma is een meerwaarde.
  • Je bent communicatief, discreet en vriendelijk.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en stipt.
  • Je kan goed multitasken en bent voldoende stressbestendig.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar houdt ook van teamwerk.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je beschikt over goede pc-vaardigheden (de standaard MS Office programma's).
  • Je wordt ingeschakeld in een flexibel uurrooster met werkuren tussen 7u00 en 22u00. Je bent ook bereid om tijdens de weekends te werken (ongeveer 1 weekend per maand).
