Start People is op zoek naar een nauwkeurige en analytische medewerker Tenderscreening voor VITO te Mol.

Als medewerker Tenderscreening sta je in voor het dagelijks screenen en beoordelen van openbare aanbestedingen. Je identificeert interessante opportuniteiten voor VITO en zorgt ervoor dat deze bij de juiste interne teams en contactpersonen terechtkomen.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Dagelijks screenen van binnenkomende aanbestedingen via verschillende tenderplatformen en zoekmachines
  • Beoordelen van aanbestedingen op relevantie, inhoud, timing, opdrachtgever en gevraagde expertise
  • Koppelen van relevante tenders aan de juiste VITO-teams en contactpersonen
  • Doorsturen van interessante aanbestedingen met de nodige documenten, links en deadlines
  • Opvolgen van wijzigingen, Q&A’s, rechtzettingen en andere updates
  • Bijhouden van een overzicht van gedeelde tenders en opportuniteiten
  • Signaleren van nieuwe thema’s, zoekwoorden en mogelijke verbeteringen in de screening
  • Samenwerken met business developers, projectleiders, programmamanagers en andere interne stakeholders
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring binnen een administratieve, juridische, economische of commerciële functie is een plus
  • Ervaring met openbare aanbestedingen of tenders is een troef
  • Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je beschikt over een zeer goede schriftelijke communicatie en hebt een vlotte pen
  • Je kan informatie snel verwerken en helder samenvatten
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en volgt deadlines nauwgezet op
  • Je bent communicatief en werkt graag samen met verschillende stakeholders
  • Je bent zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team
  • Goede kennis van MS Office en digitale systemen
