Je onderzoekt dossiers, beoordeelt terugvorderingen en voert gesprekken met inwoners over betalingsverplichtingen. Daarbij combineer je een sterk gevoel voor rechtvaardigheid met oog voor persoonlijke omstandigheden. Wat ga jij doen In een tijd waarin het vertrouwen van inwoners in de overheid steeds belangrijker wordt, is het voorkomen van schulden en het begeleiden van inwoners daarbij een serieus onderdeel van ons werk. Als medewerker terugvordering houd jij je bezig met het terugvorderen van te veel ontvangen bijstandsuitkeringen. Op basis van de Participatiewet onderzoek je dossiers en beoordeel je of een terugvordering aan de orde is. Je werk is zowel reactief als proactief. Door jouw onderzoek, klantcontact en besluiten zorg je ervoor dat ten onrechte ontvangen uitkeringen worden terugbetaald. Daarbij incasseren we op een sociaal verantwoorde manier, met oog voor de menselijke maat en het evenredigheidsbeginsel. Jij neemt besluiten binnen de wettelijke kaders, waarbij je altijd rekening houdt met de specifieke omstandigheden van de inwoner. Met jouw informele aanpak en gevoel voor de situatie van de inwoner weet je het gesprek zo te voeren dat je tot een passende oplossing ...
