Met jouw vriendelijke en behulpzame houding geef jij mensen een warm welkom op het station. Je helpt hen met vragen, geeft informatie en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen zich gezien en geholpen voelt. Dat doe je bijvoorbeeld bij de balie, op het perron of bij de kaartautomaat. Meld je aan voor een online informatiesessie en hoor van medewerkers zelf hoe het werk er in de praktijk uitziet. Een overzicht van alle evenementen vind je hier . Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor reizigers. - Reizigers helpen op het station: Je bent zichtbaar en aanspreekbaar. Je stapt zelf op mensen af en biedt hulp als ze dat nodig hebben - Reisassistentie geven: Je helpt mensen die minder mobiel zijn bij het in- en uitstappen van de trein. Daarvoor gebruik je hulpmiddelen zoals een brug. - Advies geven en klachten oplossen: Je luistert goed, denkt in oplossingen en geeft reizigers duidelijk en vriendelijk advies. - Kaartjes en abonnementen verkopen: Aan de balie of via de automaat geef je uitleg over reisproducten en help je mensen bij het kiezen van het juiste ticket of abonnement. Dan ga je een interne opleiding volgen van 11 weken (36 uur per week). Je werkt in de praktijk mee op de standplaats onder begeleiding van een werkplekbegeleider en je volgt lessen in het Leercentrum van NS in Amersfoort. Ook volg ...
