De Belastingdienst heeft een nieuwe unit opgericht om het rechtsherstel in box 3 zorgvuldig en rechtvaardig uit te voeren. Dit werk raakt miljoenen burgers en draagt direct bij aan het vertrouwen in de overheid. Voor deze betekenisvolle taak zoeken we, voor onze locatie in Breda, collega's die als medewerker toezicht en bezwaar Box 3 het verschil willen maken. - Reageer t/m 30 december 2026 Dit doe je bij de Belastingdienst Binnen de directie Particulieren is de unit Box 3 opgericht voor het behandelen van zaken die te maken hebben met box 3 in het kader van aanvullend rechtsherstel. Een inhoudelijke én maatschappelijke uitdaging. Het juist vaststellen van de belasting over het werkelijk rendement. - behandelt verzoeken en bezwaren op een correcte en zorgvuldige manier. - onderzoekt en beoordeelt dossiers, belt met burgers bij onduidelijkheden, schrijft brieven, formuleert antwoorden op complexe vragen en neemt beslissingen op basis van inhoudelijke argumenten. - past flexibiliteit toe waar nodig want niet elke zaak is standaard. - werkt samen met collega's in je team, maar zeker ook met collega's op andere locaties. Je hebt direct contact met burgers, bijvoorbeeld om vragen over het formulier Opgave Werkelijk Rendement te beantwoorden.
