Ben jij een sterke organisator die mensen kan aansturen, administratie nauwkeurig opvolgt en graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt? Heb je interesse in transport en wil je graag doorgroeien in een functie met verantwoordelijkheid?

Je krijgt een sleutelrol binnen de organisatie in Zwijnaarde, waarbij je operationele verantwoordelijkheid combineert met administratie en procesverbetering. Dankzij jouw inzet blijft alles draaien en kunnen onze chauffeurs met vertrouwen vertrekken.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

- Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van chauffeurs - Coördineren en opvolgen van de dagelijkse werking van de transportafdeling - Bewaken van de planning en inzet van de vloot - Administratieve opvolging van transportgerelateerde processen - Toezien op wettelijke verplichtingen en interne procedures - Samenwerken met verschillende interne afdelingen - Actief meedenken over verbeteringen en optimalisaties - Organiseren van garagebezoeken, voertuigwissels en technische opvolging (rijbewijs C/CE) - Ondersteunen bij investerings- en verbeterprojecten binnen de vloot - Regelmatig zelf aanwezig zijn op de werkvloer om operationele zaken op te volgen

Je krijgt de nodige begeleiding om de werking en het transportproces goed te leren kennen. Heb je nog geen rijbewijs C of CE? Geen probleem. Er is de mogelijkheid om dit via de werkgever te behalen. - Vaardigheden: Ervaring in een leidinggevende functie of sterke administratieve vaardigheden Goede kennis van planning en organisatie Je bent flexibel ingesteld: werkuren tussen 10u en 18u OF 11u en 19u Je kan prioriteiten stellen en beslissingen nemen Je bent communicatief sterk Je neemt initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid Je blijft rustig onder druk en denkt oplossingsgericht Je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen

- Attesten: Rijbewijs B is verplicht Idealiter ben je in het bezit van een rijbewijs C(E) of ben je bereid dit te behalen

- Opleidingsvereisten: Geen specifieke opleidingsvereisten

- Vakkennis: Technische kennis van voertuigen of transport is een sterke troef

- Talenkennis: Vloeiend Nederlands Goed Engels
