Jobomschrijving

Als medewerker tuinonderhoud draag je mee zorg voor een veilige, groene en aangename omgeving voor patiënten, bewoners, bezoekers en collega’s. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar maakt tegelijk deel uit van een technische dienst waarop je kan terugvallen.

  • Je staat in voor het dagelijkse onderhoud van onze tuinen en buitenruimtes.
  • Je maait grasvelden en onderhoudt grasperken, perken en beplanting.
  • Je snoeit hagen, struiken en andere beplanting en zorgt waar nodig voor nieuwe aanplantingen.
  • Je onderhoudt paden, wegen en toegangen en houdt ze netjes en veilig.
  • Je plaatst en herstelt afsluitingen en voert verschillende praktische onderhoudstaken uit.
  • Je reinigt dakgoten en helpt tijdens de winter om ingangen en paden sneeuw- en ijsvrij te houden.
  • Je merkt onderhoudsnoden of problemen zelf op en bespreekt die met je collega’s.
  • Je plant je werkzaamheden efficiënt en houdt rekening met het seizoen, de weersomstandigheden en de dagelijkse werking van onze zorgvoorzieningen.
  • Je hebt oog voor een kwaliteitsvolle afwerking en werkt steeds met aandacht voor veiligheid en respect voor de omgeving.

Over jou

  • Je volgde een opleiding in tuinonderhoud of beschikt over een relevant diploma in deze richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante werkervaring.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
  • Je werkt graag buiten en bent fysiek in staat om uiteenlopende onderhoudstaken uit te voeren.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, neemt verantwoordelijkheid op en organiseert je werk op een efficiënte manier.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit. Een verzorgde afwerking vind je belangrijk.
  • Je bent een teamspeler en stemt vlot af met collega’s.
  • Je kan je goed uitdrukken in het Nederlands.
  • Je bent flexibel en kan omgaan met werkzaamheden die afhankelijk zijn van planning, seizoen of weersomstandigheden.
  • Je werkt in een zorgomgeving en komt daarbij in contact met patiënten, cliënten en bewoners. Je stelt je respectvol, vriendelijk en open op tegenover mensen met verschillende achtergronden en ondersteuningsnoden.
