The posting

Achter iedere uitkering zit iemand die op een juiste betaling rekent. Als medewerker uitkeringsadministratie draag jij daaraan bij. Je verwerkt wijzigingen, controleert gegevens en zorgt samen met je collega's dat betalingen op tijd klaarstaan. Zie je iets dat beter kan? Dan denk je mee en kom je met een voorstel.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

• Je stelt herberekeningen op en verwerkt wijzigingen in uitkeringen. • Je verwerkt besluiten over uitbetalingen, wijzigingen, opschortingen en beëindigingen. • Je controleert gegevens en past de geldende wet- en regelgeving zorgvuldig toe. • Je bewaakt of informatie volledig en op tijd binnenkomt en vraagt ontbrekende gegevens op. • Je stelt periodieke rapportages, overzichten en verantwoordingsdocumenten op. • Je helpt cliënten, collega's en andere betrokkenen met duidelijke uitleg over regelingen, besluiten en gegevensverwerking. • Je signaleert knelpunten en doet voorstellen om de administratie en dienstverlening te verbeteren.

Je werkt 24 uur per week. Je start op 19 oktober 2026 en werkt tot en met 31 december 2026.

Functie-eisen: Kloppende gegevens, overzichtelijke dossiers en een duidelijke uitleg: daar haal jij voldoening uit. Je werkt nauwkeurig en pakt je werkzaamheden zelfstandig op. Ook als er meerdere taken op je wachten, bepaal je wat voorrang krijgt en houd je overzicht. Je zoekt graag de samenwerking op en denkt mee over hoe het werk beter kan. Daarbij heb je oog voor de mensen achter de administratie.

Verder heb je:

• Minimaal mbo+-opleidingsniveau in een relevante richting. • Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie. • Ervaring met administratieve processen, gegevensverwerking en het toepassen van relevante wet- en regelgeving. • Kennis van Suite4Inkomen is mooi meegenomen. • Ervaring met de Participatiewet en het opstellen van rapportages, overzichten en verantwoordingsdocumenten is mooi meegenomen.
