Functie

Als Medewerker Underbody Coating draag je bij aan de bescherming van voertuigen tegen roest en externe invloeden. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het verlengen van de levensduur van onze voertuigen en het waarborgen van klanttevredenheid door middel van het aanbrengen van een hoogwaardige beschermende coating op het onderstel.

Taakomschrijving

Voorbereiding

  • Reinigen en ontvetten van de onderstellen.
  • Maskeren van onderdelen die niet gecoat moeten worden.
  • Controleren van voertuigen op beschadigingen of afwijkingen.

Aanbrengen van de coating

  • Toepassen van de beschermende coating met professionele spuitapparatuur.
  • Zorgen voor een gelijkmatige afwerking en optimale bescherming tegen corrosie.
  • Fysiek werk: werken met de spuitinstallatie vergt inspanning van je armen en vergt een actieve houding.

Kwaliteitscontrole

  • Inspecteren van de aangebrachte coating voor kwaliteit en dekking.
  • Zorgen voor een nette en veilige werkomgeving.
  • Rapporteren van afwijkingen aan de supervisor.

Profiel

Technische vaardigheden

  • Ervaring in carrosserie, spuittechnieken of voertuigonderhoud is een pré, maar we verwelkomen ook enthousiaste nieuwkomers.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en/of Engels.

Functie skills

  • Bereidheid om fysiek werk te verrichten: veel beweging en werken met de armen in een verhoogde positie.
  • Doorzettingsvermogen en oog voor detail.
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kunnen werken.
  • Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en leergierigheid.
