Functieomschrijving Deze opdrachtgever ontwerpt, verbetert en onderhoudt de openbare ruimte en (weg)infrastructuur in Nederland. Jij richt je specifiek op de infraprojecten die ze landelijk uitvoeren. Deze werkzaamheden variëren van het plaatsen en aansluiten van portalen, lichtmasten, verkeersregelinstallaties en andere verkeerssystemen. Of in een tunnel waar alle technische installaties worden vervangen. Als medewerker veiligheid zorg jij er bij onze projecten voor dat de eigen veiligheidsfilosofie wordt nageleefd. Coach, sparringpartner en adviseur: jij bent het allemaal. Functie-eisen Jullie werken veilig of jullie werken niet. Zo denk jij erover. Deze visie weet je op een prettige manier over te brengen, naar zowel managers als monteurs. Wat niet betekent dat je als een strenge opzichter even komt vertellen wat er wel en wat er niet mag. Jij bent echt onderdeel van de teams en staat dicht bij jouw collega's: je gaat het gesprek aan en kunt je inleven in de persoon die tegenover je staat. Je begrijpt dat je in een politiekgevoelige omgeving werkt, voelt je betrokken en staat open voor wat collega's te zeggen hebben. Maar je weet tegelijkertijd wanneer je standvastig moet zijn. Daarnaast kun je collega's coachen en weet je te verbinden. Verder heb je: - Minimaal mbo-niveau en een diploma middelbare of hogere veiligheidskunde. - Ruime ervaring in een soortgelijke functie. - Een technische achtergrond, zoals werktuigbouwkunde, elektrotechniek, c...
