Kun jij calamiteiten coördineren, veranderingen signaleren, bijdragen aan een veilig leefklimaat en ben je bereid om onregelmatige diensten te werken? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou! - Zwolle - Deeltijd - MBO - 16-11-2026 De locatie Op de locatie aan de Pannekoekendijk is de Zwolse afdeling van ons zorgprogramma Care gevestigd. Op deze locatie werken we krachtgericht aan herstel en bieden wij onder andere het volgende aan: - behandeling en begeleiding op medisch, psychisch en psychosociaal terrein - (Forensische) behandeling en begeleiding; - Medische zorgunit en medicatieverstrekking; - Inloop: hier kunnen cliënten een hapje eten, elkaar ontmoeten, koffie drinken en activiteiten ondernemen; - Dienstverleningsaanbod waarin begeleiding wordt geboden in sociaal juridische vraagstukken van cliënten; - Gebruiksruimten waar een veilige plek wordt geboden waar middelen gebruikt kunnen worden; - Hostel waar maximaal 26 cliënten beschermd wonen. Jouw werkzaamheden Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de veiligheid van collega's, cliënten en bezoekers in het pand en zorg je voor het voorkomen, coördineren en begeleiden van calamiteiten. Daarnaast heb je ook receptie werkzaamheden. Denk aan telefoontjes doorschakelen en afspraken doorverwijzen naar collega's. Je ontvang zoals vermeld bezoekers van de Pannekoekendijk en zorg je ervoor dat ze wegwijs gemaakt worden als dat nodig is. Je helpt de medewerkers van het hostel en de huiskamer bij de ondersteuning van cliënten. Je signaleert verandering in gedrag en rapporteert hierover mondeling en schriftelijk aan de betrokken disciplines en/of schriftelijk in het cliëntdossier. Je houdt toezicht op het naleven van het huishoudelijk reglement en de afdelingsregels en draagt bij aan een veilig (therapeutisch)...
