Dan is dit een mooie functie bij een goed bedrijf Over het bedrijf: Mooi bloembollenbedrijf dat zich zowel met veredeling als teelt bezighoudt van o.a. calla's. En natuurlijk ook tulpen. Ze onderscheiden zich door goed werkgeverschap en een professionele organisatie. Je gaat hier vooral aan de slag vanwege de fijne werksfeer, afwisseling in werkzaamheden en de vrijheid in het werk! Werkzaamheden: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de teelt, teeltplanning en het teeltproces in de veredeling. Hierbij plant, verzorg, beoordeel en oogst je de calla's. Gewasverzorging en monitoring horen er natuurlijk bij waarbij klimaatbeheer een belangrijke discipline is. Je zet samen met de veredelaar en vertegenwoordigers de kwaliteits en assortiment opstellingen op in de kas. Als het callaseizoen stopt kun je uitstekend op andere plekken in het bedrijf aan de slag. Dit gaat in overleg. Denk aan bijv. aan het aansturen van sorteerlijnen, maar ook veldwerk in de calla's of andere bolgewassen. Dit alles doe je niet alleen maar samen met je teeltcollega's. Wij bieden: - je start met een jaarccontract dat overgaat in een vaste aanstelling - salaris tussen 3000 en 4500 euro - fietsenplan, 25,5 vakantiedagen, regelmatig een barbeque met borrel en... goed werkgeverschap!!
