Ben jij gastvrij, servicegericht en graag actief bezig? Als Medewerker Vergaderzalen zorg jij ervoor dat iedere bijeenkomst goed is voorbereid en onze gasten zich welkom voelen. Je hebt veel contact met gasten en werkt samen met een enthousiast team. Bij De Bonte Wever ontvangen we het hele jaar door gasten voor vergaderingen, bijeenkomsten en evenementen. Als Medewerker Vergaderzalen zorg jij ervoor dat het onze gasten aan niets ontbreekt en alles rondom hun bijeenkomst goed verloopt. Je zorgt dat de vergaderzalen op tijd klaarstaan, ontvangt onze gasten gastvrij en bent tijdens de bijeenkomst het aanspreekpunt voor vragen en last-minute wensen. Met jouw gastvrije houding, oog voor detail en praktische instelling zorg je voor een professionele én prettige ervaring. Zo draag je eraan bij dat onze gasten met een tevreden gevoel naar huis gaan en graag bij De Bonte Wever terugkomen. Wat ga je doen? Als Medewerker Vergaderzalen heb je een afwisselende en actieve functie. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het voorbereiden en klaarzetten van vergaderzalen volgens de wensen van onze gasten; - Het gastvrij ontvangen van gasten en hen begeleiden naar de juiste ruimte; - Het verzorgen van koffie- en theemomenten, lunches en borrels; - Het klaarzetten van audiovisuele apparatuur en gasten helpen waar nodig; - Het ondersteunen tijdens vergaderingen, bijeenkomsten en evenementen; - Het inspelen op vragen, wensen en last-minute verzoeken van gasten; - Het gedurende de dag netjes en representatief houden van de vergaderzalen; - Het signaleren van bijzonderheden en het zelfstandig oplossen van kleine problemen; - Het opruimen en netjes achterlaten van de zalen na afloop. Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als samen met je collega's. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat alles rondom de bijeenkomsten goed geregeld is en soepel verloopt.
