Voor een woningcorporatie in de regio Gouda zoeken wij een Medewerker Verhuur (Administratief). Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen klopt: van huuropzegging tot nieuwe huurovereenkomst. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid kunnen nieuwe huurders snel en zorgeloos hun woning betrekken. Ben je per direct of binnenkort beschikbaar of ben je benieuwd naar de mogelijkheden? Jouw nieuwe baan - Verwerken van huuropzeggingen en mutaties in het systeem. - Opstellen en controleren van huurovereenkomsten en verhuurdocumenten. - Administratief begeleiden van woningtoewijzingen. - Contact onderhouden met woningzoekenden, collega's en externe partijen. - Woningen adverteren. Wij vragen - MBO+ werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur administratief of commercieel. - 1 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke rol - Ervaring binnen een woningcorporatie of met verhuurprocessen is een sterke pré. - Je communiceert vriendelijk en professioneel, zowel telefonisch als schriftelijk. Dit ben jij - Gestructureerd: met jouw manier van werken draag je direct bij aan een prettige dienstverlening voor woningzoekende en collega's. - Oplossingsgericht: je gaat geen enkele uitdaging uit de weg en lost deze graag zo snel mogelijk op Ons aanbod - Een functie die zowel 32 tot 36 uur basis kan worden uitgevoerd.
