Dienstverband Fulltime Locatie Purmerend, Einsteinstraat 11 Werklocatie Fysiek Arbeidsvoorwaarden Pensioen, reiskostenvergoeding Wat ga je doen? Als medewerker verhuur & balie ben jij het gezicht én de spil van onze vestiging. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgt ervoor dat het hele verhuurproces soepel verloopt. Je werkzaamheden zijn onder andere: - Klanten vriendelijk ontvangen en helpen aan de balie. - Telefonisch contact onderhouden met klanten. - Reserveringen aannemen en verwerken. - Klanten adviseren bij het kiezen van een geschikte huurauto. - Huurcontracten en administratieve gegevens correct verwerken. - Betalingen en borg afhandelen. - Auto's uitgeven en innemen. - Bij terugkomst auto's controleren en schade of bijzonderheden registreren. - Auto's schoon, netjes en verhuurklaar maken. - Eenvoudige controles aan de auto's uitvoeren. - Samen met je collega's zorgen voor een nette uitstraling en uitstekende service. Een afwisselende functie Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene klant komt een auto ophalen voor een weekend weg, de volgende heeft een bestelbus nodig voor een verhuizing en tussendoor neem je auto's in en maak je ze klaar voor de volgende verhuur. Je werkt zowel achter de balie als rondom de auto's. Daardoor is deze functie ideaal voor iemand die klantcontact leuk vindt, maar ook graag praktisch bezig is. Wie ben jij?
