Protestantse Kerk Amsterdam - 16 september 2026 Geen dag in 'de Thomas: een huis om op verhaal te komen' is hetzelfde. We zoeken iemand die het leuk vindt om praktisch bezig te zijn én overzicht te houden. Iemand dieverantwoordelijkheid neemt, gastvrij is, zelfstandig kan werken en ervoor zorgt dat huurders, bezoekers en collega's op je kunnen rekenen. Wij zoeken een: Medewerker Verhuur en Beheer (20 uur) Over de Thomas De Thomaskerk ligt op de grens van de Amsterdamse Zuidas en Amsterdam-Zuid en werd in de jaren zestig ontworpen door architect Karel Sijmons. Het brutalistische gebouw bestaat uit een bijzondere kerkzaal, theaterzaal, foyer en verschillende vergader- en ontvangstruimtes. Op zondag wordt het gebouw gebruikt door verschillende kerkgemeenschappen. Door de week is de Thomas vooral een veelzijdige locatie voor cultuur, maatschappelijke activiteiten en verhuur: van concerten en theater tot filmopnames, vergaderingen, trainingen en evenementen. Wat ga je doen? Als Medewerker Verhuur en Beheer ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor huurders en bezoekers en werk je binnen een klein team met bestaande werkwijzen. Verhuur & administratie - Beantwoorden, opvolgen en archiveren van verhuuraanvragen via mail en telefoon. - Huurders rondleiden en praktische wensen afstemmen. - Opstellen van offertes en verwerken van administratieve gegevens. - Bijhouden van de verhuuragenda en overzicht houden over aanvragen en boekingen. Locatie & productie - Zalen inrichten: tafels en stoelen plaatsen en ruimtes gereedmaken. - Praktisch begeleiden van huurders en producties. - Tijdens evenementen aanspreekpunt zijn. - Verzorgen en afrekenen van koffie, thee en andere dranken. Gebouw & veiligheid - Gebouw openen en sluiten. - De audiovisuele apparatuur van de Thomas controleren en bedienen. - Ruimtes na afloop netjes achterlaten en schoonmaakwerkzaamheden uitvoeren in onder andere - foyer, keuken, pantry, toiletten en verhuurde ruimtes....
