Dit is Metterwoon Metterwoon Vastgoed B.V. is een van de grootste particuliere vastgoedondernemingen van Nederland. Vanuit Scheveningen beheren wij een portefeuille woningen, winkels, kantoren en bedrijfsruimten in zowel Nederland als Duitsland. Wij geloven dat goed onderhouden vastgoed ook goede huurders trekt. Daarom richten wij ons niet alleen op de groei van de portefeuille, maar ook op de optimalisatie daarvan. Ons kantoor is gevestigd in een mooi pand in Scheveningen. De cultuur is open en informeel. Dan herken je je vast in dit profiel: - Aantoonbaar hbo werk- en denkniveau en bij voorkeur in het bezit van een relevante vastgoedopleiding; - Ervaring als verhuurmakelaar of vastgoedbeheerder. Je hebt kennis van zaken en weet wat je doet; - Communicatief sterk: je spreekt de taal van onze diverse klanten én van de externe makelaars; - Flexibele instelling: geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene dag ben je buiten met de technische dienst, de andere dag werk je contracten uit op kantoor; - Ervaring met het programma REMS (Real Estate Management Systems) is een pré. - Fulltime beschikbaar van maandag t/m vrijdag, de werktijden zijn van 8.30 - 17.00 of van 9.00 tot 17.30 uur; - In het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
