In deze veelzijdige rol combineer je logistieke ondersteuning met commerciële ondersteuning en zorg je samen met je collega's voor een soepel verloop van offerteorder tot levering. Wat ga je doen? Als medewerker verkoop binnendienst zorg jij ervoor dat alles rondom de ontvangst, opslag en verzending van goederen soepel verloopt. Je controleert binnenkomende goederen, houdt de voorraad op orde en zorgt dat bestellingen compleet en op tijd klaarstaan voor verzending. Je verwerkt de benodigde gegevens en documenten in het systeem en voert daarnaast diverse administratieve taken uit. Daarnaast ondersteun je de commerciële binnendienst bij diverse werkzaamheden. Je houdt overzicht, signaleert afwijkingen en denkt actief mee over hoe we het werk slimmer, veiliger en beter kunnen organiseren. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Controleren van binnenkomende goederen en signaleren van afwijkingen. - Uitvoeren van controletellingen en kwaliteitscontroles. - Opstellen en verwerken van vracht- en expeditiebonnen. - Verwerken van afroepgegevens en bijhouden van orderinformatie in het systeem. - Vastleggen van transporten bij transporteurs of externe partijen. - Verzorgen van transportdocumentatie. - Registreren van opslaglocaties voor gereed product in overleg met productie. - Behandelen van offerteaanvragen en opstellen van offertes in het CRM-systeem. - Vastleggen van klant- en ordergegevens in het ERP-systeem. - Telefonisch contact onderhouden met klant...
