Of het nu gaat om een bestelling, een vraag of een verzoek, jij zorgt dat mensen snel verder kunnen. Je komt terecht in een betrokken team waar collega's elkaar gemakkelijk weten te vinden. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat klanten kunnen rekenen op een uitstekende service en een foutloze verwerking van hun orders. Wat ga je doen? - Klanten telefonisch en per e-mail te woord staan. - Bestellingen invoeren, controleren en verwerken. - Vragen beantwoorden over producten, leveringen en facturen. - Klachten netjes en servicegericht afhandelen. - Administratieve werkzaamheden uitvoeren rondom facturatie. - Contact onderhouden met bestaande klanten. - Relaties verder uitbouwen door actief mee te denken. - Schakelen met logistiek, kwaliteit, verkoop en administratie. - Kansen signaleren om processen of service te verbeteren.
