We reageren meestal binnen een week Voor onze Hedin Automotive vestiging in Hoofddorp zijn wij op zoek naar een Medewerker Verkoopadministratie. Naar iemand die net zo'n hart voor auto's heeft als wij. Hier verkopen, onderhouden en repareren we personenauto's van het mooie automerk Ford. Maar wat ga je precies doen als Medewerker Verkoopadministratie? Over de functie Als Medewerker Verkoopadministratie werk je nauw samen met de verkoopadviseurs van de vestigingen waar wij dealer zijn van het merk Ford. Je begeleidt de administratieve verwerking van de verkooporders zorgt voor de inkoop van nieuwe auto's en het voorraadbeheer. Ook heb je veel contact met merkimporteurs. Dit ga je doen - Je bestelt nieuwe auto's bij de merkimporteur - Je zorgt ervoor dat de verkoopadviseurs op de hoogte zijn van voorraden, levertijden, specificaties en kleuren van nieuwe auto's - Je bewaakt de voorraad en het locatiebeheer van alle auto's - Je zorgt voor een actuele en correcte verkoopadministratie, van verkooporders tot aan de juiste prijzen - Je hebt veel contact met importeurs en collega-dealers Dit vragen wij van jou - Je hebt de mbo-opleiding niveau 4 als Administrateur, Bedrijfsadministrateur of een vergelijkbare opleiding afgerond - Je werkt nauwkeurig en kunt goed met verschillende systemen overweg - Je hebt commercieel inzicht - Je kunt mensen correct (telefonisch) te woord staan en in foutloos Nederlands e-mails versturen - Je bent 32 tot 40 uur beschikbaar Dit krijg je van ons - Afhankelijk van jouw werkervaring en kennis doen we jou een passend salarisvoorstel voor het aantal uren dat je bij ons aan de slag gaat - 24 vakantiedagen en de mogelijkheid om extra dagen bij te kopen - Mogelijkheden om trainingen en andere opleidingen te volgen - ...
