Gomes staat aan de start van een bijzonder nieuw hoofdstuk: naast de merken die we al vertegenwoordigen, breiden we ons portfolio verder uit met BYD , een van de snelst groeiende automerken in Nederland en de wereld. Jij kan hierin een belangrijke rol spelen door ervoor te zorgen dat alles rondom de verkoop van onze merken soepel verloopt. Van bestelling tot aflevering houd jij grip op het proces en zorg je dat dossiers compleet, correct en tijdig worden afgehandeld. Wat ga je doen? - Het verwerken en beheren van verkooporders; - Het bestellen van voertuigen bij de importeur; - Het bewaken van levertijden en order statussen; - Het controleren van de volledigheid van verkoopdossiers; - Het aanvragen van kentekens, RDW-keuringen en garantieregelingen; - Het verzorgen van de facturatie; - Het verwerken en beheren van downstreamproducten; - Het beheren van demo- en huurauto's; - Het monitoren van ondersteuningen en bonusregelingen vanuit de importeur; - Het bewaken van diverse geldstromen en signaleren van afwijkingen; - Het ondersteunen van de verkoopafdeling met administratieve en organisatorische werkzaamheden.
