Medewerker Verkoopbinnendienst / ICT-ondersteuning 28-38 uur Burgh-Haamstede Voor onze verkoopbinnendienst zoeken wij een collega die ons hoofd verkoopbinnendienst gaat ondersteunen op zowel administratief als ICT-gebied. Een unieke, afwisselende functie waarin je werkt aan twee kanten van ons bedrijf: de dagelijkse verkoopadministratie én de systemen die daarachter draaien. Jij bent iemand met een minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau met bijvoorbeeld een ICT-opleiding die affiniteit heeft met verkoopadministratie - óf juist iemand met sterke administratieve/verkoopvaardigheden die zich graag verder wil verdiepen in automatisering. Beide profielen zijn voor ons interessant, als de nieuwsgierigheid naar de andere kant er maar is. Wat ga je doen? Op het gebied van verkoopadministratie werk je mee op de verkoopafdeling binnendienst op o.a.: - Intern verwerken van orders - Beantwoorden van vragen van klanten die per mail binnenkomen - Ondersteunen van het hoofd verkoopbinnendienst bij de dagelijkse werkzaamheden Op ICT-vlak: - Kleine ICT-vragen van collega's oppakken en oplossen, zowel hardware-als software matig (zoals het installeren van een printer of meekijken in ons ERP programma) - Je het ERP-systeem eigen maken - een systeem dat breed wordt gebruikt binnen zowel verkoop als productie - Meehelpen bij de implementatie van (nieuwe) systemen en processen Wie ben jij? - Je hebt bijv. een MBO ICT-opleiding, mét affiniteit voor verkoopadministratie of je hebt ervaring met verkoop-administratieve werkzaamheden en aantoonbare kennis en affiniteit met automatisering, en wilt je hierin verder ontwikkelen - Je bent nauwkeurig en vriendelijk in de communicatie met klanten en samenwerking collega's - Je vindt het leuk om met systemen te werken en logisch na te denken over processen en dat uit leggen aan anderen - Je bent proactief en schakelt gemakkelijk tussen administratieve taken en ICT-vraagstukken Wat bieden wij? - Een afwisselende fun...
