Als medewerker vers ben je werkzaam in de groenten en fruit of bakkerijafdeling. Je bent het gezicht van de versafdeling. Je wordt op deze gebieden dan ook een specialist en kan er vanalles over vertellen. Klanten verwachten van jou productkennis en het beste advies. Zo leer je bijvoorbeeld welk brood glutenvrij is en wat de groenten zijn van het seizoen. Dit alles natuurlijk geserveerd met een brede glimlach.

In je dagelijks werk zorg je voor het opstarten en afsluiten van je afdeling. Het ene moment beantwoord je de vraag van een klant, het andere bak je verse broodjes af. Of misschien ben jij wel diegene die nagaat of alle groenten en fruit er lekkers vers en smakelijk bijliggen.

Samen met de Manager Vers kijk je wekelijks naar de bonusartikelen. Moeten deze extra worden bijbesteld en waar kunnen klanten deze in de winkel vinden? 'Jouw' producten moeten natuurlijk goed voor de dag komen. Voor deze functie moet je het leuk vinden om mensen te helpen en oog te hebben voor presentatie en kwaliteit.
