In deze rol help je klanten met vragen over verzekeringen en maak je het verschil met jouw zorgvuldigheid en servicegerichte aanpak. Over de functie Als Medewerker Verzekeren werk je binnen een klantcontactteam en ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met uiteenlopende vragen. Deze variëren van administratieve verzoeken rondom zakelijke schadeverzekeringen tot meer gevoelige gesprekken over levens- en overlijdensrisicoverzekeringen. Afhankelijk van de opdracht en opdrachtgever ga je aan de slag binnen het particuliere óf het zakelijke domein. Je weet professioneel te blijven en toont oprechte betrokkenheid, ook wanneer gesprekken emotioneel of uitdagend zijn. Met jouw zorgvuldige en servicegerichte aanpak zorg je voor een duidelijke afhandeling van vragen en draag je bij aan een prettige klantbeleving en betrouwbare dienstverlening. Een werkdag bestaat onder andere uit de volgende werkzaamheden: - Beantwoorden van vragen over verzekeringsproducten en -diensten, passend bij de opdrachtgever en het domein waarin je werkt. - Informeren en begeleiden van klanten bij uiteenlopende verzoeken en vraagstukken. - Verwerken en controleren van wijzigingen in bestaande verzekeringspolissen. - Afhandelen van opzeggingen en het vastleggen van bijbehorende administratieve stappen. - Voeren van klantgesprekken waarin ook emotionele of gevoelige situaties kunnen voorkomen.
