Ze bedienen particulieren, KMO’s en vrije beroepen met oplossingen op maat in zakelijke polissen, klassieke verzekeringen en beleggingen. Dankzij hun onafhankelijkheid en breed netwerk van verzekeraars bieden ze de beste dekking tegen scherpe premies, ook voor gespecialiseerde risico’s. Jouw functie als Medewerker verzekeringen Voor het kantoor in Liedekerke wordt een klantgerichte en commerciële medewerker gezocht die fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor particuliere klanten. In deze functie staat het professioneel beheren en opvolgen van verzekeringsdossiers centraal, zowel voor productie als schade. Daarnaast zorgt de medewerker voor een correcte administratieve verwerking van klantendocumenten en werkt hij of zij nauw samen met het salesteam door klanten proactief te contacteren voor afspraken en commerciële opportuniteiten te signaleren. Dankzij een sterke servicegerichtheid en een brede kennis van niet-levensverzekeringen draagt de medewerker bij aan een optimale klantenervaring.

  • Minstens 3 à 5 jaar relevante ervaring in verzekeringssector bij voorkeur in niet-levensverzekeringen.
  • Denkt actief mee met klanten en het salesteam en ziet kansen voor verdere samenwerking.
  • Commercieel, klantgericht en communicatief, met een spontane en toegankelijke stijl.
  • In het bezit van een PCP-attest of bereid dit binnen 6 maanden te behalen.
  • Kan vlot werken met systemen en tools zoals Brio, Portima en Office 365.
  • Vloeiend Nederlands spreken en schrijven
  • Kennis van Frans is gewenst.
